I first met Anya’s family when they brought her older brother Jude along for his newborn photoshoot, and then we created some beautiful bump photos when Anya’s mummy was expecting her (you can see those here). It’s always extra lovely to meet the baby that was the bump, to share in the excitement and anticipation before they arrive and hear mum and dad talk about their hopes and dreams…and who’s nose this baby will inherit! Then we get to try and decide who was right once baby is here, and this little lady definitely looks just like her big brother did as a baby only very girly. So here’s a selection from Anya’s newborn photoshoot for you to enjoy 🙂
And a little behind the scenes for you, I love the look of love on daddy’s face, so precious!

Teddy’s newborn photoshoot was such a lovely one, he’s a gorgeous little character, keeping a watchful eye on me every few minutes, before dozing back off again. If you scroll down to the bowl image, that little smile was a direct result of Teddy hearing his daddy laugh whilst sitting next to him, I honestly couldn’t believe it! Very glad to have caught it though, proof that not all baby smiles are from ‘wind’. 🙂
If you would like to record your baby with images like these, please do get in touch, preferably early in your pregnancy as I do book quickly. I would love to work with you to create your own magical memories, you can call me on 01507 481048, or contact me here to book your newborn photoshoot.
Tina came to the studio for her maternity session and she really did look fantastic, I think she has one of the neatest bumps I’ve ever seen, not bad for her second baby either! I’m really looking forward to photographing Tina’s newborn in March, and baby’s proud big brother is coming along to join in the fun too! We ended the session doing some fantastic ‘Demi Moore’ style images too, those are being kept private but if you’re a close friend of Tina, ask her to see them, they are really amazing! 🙂
If you are pregnant and thinking of booking your own maternity session, please do get in touch, I promise you won’t regret it! 🙂 You can contact me for more info here, or see more of my maternity images here.
Welcoming back families is such a wonderful and rewarding experience, so I was delighted to meet little William, I first photographed his mummy’s maternity, and then his big sister Amber came for her newborn session. I love seeing the newborns I met as tiny babies again when they are ‘all grown up’, well nearly two anyway! William was a little star for his session, and even gave us a little smile on the swing, I think he liked it! With his gorgeous hair and a perfect pout, I hope you enjoy his newborn images 🙂
Finley was always going to be a special baby as he was due on my birthday, not that he came on that date but I’ll let him off anyway! We had an amazing baby session together, he really seemed to love everything I laid him in and he especially enjoyed the soft warm wraps, perfect for this time of year. He had beautiful features, though I’m particularly taken with his little mouth and the pouts and expressions he gave throughout his session, you can see what I mean on the last two photos here, where cheek meets chin..how gorgeous! 🙂
